Halle Berry spotted buying baby clothes

Is the actress expecting?

Halle Berry has been seen shopping for $1000 worth of baby gear, sparking rumours she is pregnant.

The actress reportedly spent over an hour browsing at trendy LA store Bel-Bambini, coming away with, amongst other thing, a kimono tee made with soybean fibres and a Swarovski crystal-encrusted hotlips pacifier.

Halle, 40, who's dating model Gabriel Aubrey, 31, has made no secret of the fact she's longing for a baby.

'Having children is my next big project,' she's revealed. 'I'm planning on becoming pregnant by the end of the year - it's my age, it's only natural.'

And, according to website TMZ, she'd also be happy to consider adoption.

'If it can't happen naturally,' she says, 'Gabriel and I will adopt.'
