'As a woman in this business, you have to stand up for yourself,' she explains. 'Learn to say no, and people respect you for that.
'If you are in a relationship and a guy is treating you in a way you don't like, you can say you don't feel comfortable; I apply that to work as well.'
But she'd never get in strop like Naomi Campbell.
'I am not a diva,' she tells You magazine. 'I have never been known to throw my phone at my assistant - and my assistant is my best friend, so that's just as well.
'But I am diva-ish about getting rest, having a gym where I can work out, about having good food, and these boundaries help make what could otherwise become a hellish nightmare liveable and fun.'
