Orlando Bloom: I'm too famous to date

Star says media spotlight means he can't find The One

Orlando Bloom

Poor old Orlando Bloom. The hunky actor says mega-stardom messes up his love life.

After splitting with on-off girlfriend of fours years Kate Bosworth in 2006, the 30-year-old hasn't been able to find a Mrs Bloom-to-be replacement.

'You can't date if you're famous,' he moans. 'I find the whole dating thing very hard actually.

'As much as it would be good to have a family and kids, it would take a very special kind of a woman who is going to have her feet grounded enough to deal with the bizarre circumstances that I find myself in.

'Most of it is nonsense!'

But he hasn't given hope just yet, and admits he's a soppy old romantic at heart.

'I like the idea of being in love,' he tells Celebs On Sunday. 'When you fall in love, you want to think about that person all day long.'

Aww. We'd be able to deal with your frantic lifestyle, Orlando. Honest!
