Mel B gives her daughter Eddie's surname

Scary's baby will be a Murphy-Brown

Will the mystery surrounding Mel B's daughter's name never end?

Despite original reports that her little girl was going to be called Fortuna, latest rumours suggest the baby will be named Angel Iris.

And it's thought the former Spice Girl, 31, will give her Eddie Murphy's surname, as well as her own, even though he denies being the father.

'Mel was really distraught and humiliated by the way Eddie treated her,' a source says.

'She went through the agony of arranging a DNA test when the baby was born and now giving the child his surname is her way of telling the world Angel is his child.'

Mel, who allegedly became pregnant the first time she slept with 45-year-old Eddie, split with him in December.

Poor Angel Iris Murphy-Brown - we just hope your name doesn't change again.
