Apprentice star Katie Hopkins' flirting angers Sir Alan

Romance is in the air for her and fellow contestant Paul

Over 10,000 hopefuls applied to appear in the new BBC1 series of The Apprentice, but only 16 made the grade.

One of those picked to share a Notting Hill townhouse and compete to win a high-flying job with Sir Alan Sugar is Katie Hopkins, but she's already earned his wrath.

'Alpha female' Katie, 31, has been flirting on screen with ex-army lieutenant Paul Callaghan, 27, and getting distracted from the tasks in hand.

'Katie could be a good manager but she's acting like an idiot,' fellow contestant Tre Azam comments during the show. 'Paul follows her around like a puppy. It's pathetic.'

The single mum-of-two obviously has sex appeal and is reported to have won the admiration of two married men in her twenties, one who later became her husband.

But not everyone can see why she's so alluring.

She's 'a complete moose,' a source tells The Sunday Mirror, 'although frankly that's an insult to a moose!'
