Anna Nicole Smith's ex has the same blue eyes and fair hair as his little girl

After DNA tests proved it's 99.9% certain that he's the father of Anna Nicole's £274million baby, Larry Birkhead has posed for a set of photos with his little girl.

The pictures, published in a US magazine, clearly show that 34-year-old Larry has the same blue eyes and fair hair as her dad.

The photo-journalist has also posted a message on his website refuting various claims about him, including the allegation that he likes to gamble large sums on card games.

'It was reported that I was playing $1500.00 a hand at the high stakes poker table in the Bahamas,' he states. 'FALSE. I do not even know how to play poker and I wouldn't be playing with money like that in any event.'

After Anna Nicole died of an accidental overdose of sleeping pills at the age of 39, a number of different men claimed they were the father of Dannielynn, who could inherit millions.

Anna Nicole Smith's estate has an ongoing legal battle with the heirs of her former husband, J Howard Marshall.

The former Playboy Playmate of the Year married the Texan oil billionaire in 1994 when he was 89 and she, at 26. He died a year later.
