Anna Nicole's baby: The battle still rages on

The father is Larry Birkhead but Howard K Stern isn't letting go just yet

He lost the paternity battle over Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, but her lover Howard K Stern is still on the warpath.

Howard, 38, won’t stand in the way of the real father Larry Birkhead’s bid for full custody of seven-month-old Dannielynn, but he’ll block any attempt by Anna Nicole’s mother Virgie Arthur, 55, to get custody.

‘I’m going to do everything I can to make sure that Larry gets sole custody,’ says Howard who is named as the little girl's father on her birth certificate.

After the paternity ruling, Larry, 34, said: ‘I’m not sharing my baby. It would imply I’m unfit as a parent, which I’m not.’
