Nicole Kidman picks up top award

Aussie actress is honoured by her country

As if Nicole Kidman’s mantelpiece wasn’t already crammed with enough trophies, the actress has just picked up yet another award.

The Hollywood star collected an Order of Australia today in front of her husband Keith Urban and proud parents, Janelle and Antony.

Wearing a demure shell-pink dress and a burgundy hair ribbon, the actress proudly received her medal from the Queen's representative, Governor General Michael Jeffery.

Nicole, 39, is currently in her home country shooting the new Baz Lurhmann movie, Australia.
