Pete Doherty: Kate Moss and I are engaged

Babyshambles singer calls model 'his fiancée'

Pete Doherty has confirmed he and Kate Moss will become husband and wife.

The Babyshambles frontman admitted the pair are engaged when he dedicated a song to 'my beautiful fiancée' in front of a thousand fans yesterday.

The romantic gesture came as Pete, 28, introduced the track KP Nuts during a solo show at London's Hackney Empire.

Kate, 33, joined him on stage to help perform a couple of songs, including La Belle Et La Bete.

Speculation over the pair's wedding plans has been rife ever since Pete bought the supermodel a diamond engagement ring last August.

Can't they just hurry up and get spliced and put us all out of our misery? Then we can start speculating on the date of their divorce...
