Is Madonna taking David Banda to Malawi?

Queen of Pop may go with her adopted son to see his father

Madonna is reportedly taking baby David to visit his dad, farmer Yohane Banda in Malawi.

Her return to the impoverished country comes six months after the little boy's controversial adoption.

'Madonna feels it would be good for him to know his biological father,' sources report. 'She wanted to let all the unnecessary controversy settle down before taking baby David back.'

The New York Post claims the 48-year-old superstar also has a different agenda during her visit to Africa this weekend. They say she is on the brink of adopting another orphan.

But Madonna's representative, Liz Rosenberg, has dismissed the rumours, saying: 'She is absolutely not adopting another baby.

'Madonna is going to Africa to continue her work with the Raising Malawi organization. She is overseeing the building of a children's health-care centre.'
