Super-thin Victoria Beckham, 32, says: ‘There are loads of things I don’t like about my body. I don’t like my hair, my bellybutton, my stomach or my fingernails. Also, I have no muscle definition. I could go to the gym, but I don’t have time or the energy.’
‘I saw myself in a bikini and thought: “Oh no!” My stomach was bloated and I looked awful. I vowed to get back in shape,’ says Rebecca Loos, 29, of how she shaped up after lounging around in the sun on Celebrity Love Island.
‘I know I’ve always had a bit of a tummy,’ says down-to-earth Coleen McLoughlin, 21. ‘Nothing major, but I’ve never had a flat stomach. On the first few photo shoots I did, I was forever being told to breathe in!’
Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle, 21, says: ‘I’ve always been really thin and my legs are too skinny. I’m trying to put some weight on them and make my bum bigger. And I’ve been doing lower calf exercises that build up the muscles.’
