Gareth Gates: I regret lying about Jordan

Pop star admits he should have been honest

Newly stutter-free Gareth Gates has admitted he should have been upfront about his affair with Jordan - and says he bitterly regrets denying it.

'I’m a bit older and more mature about it now. I look back and wish I’d been honest about it all,' he says.

'The truth is, we did have a relationship. She was made to look foolish because I denied it all and I regret that. I don’t blame her for slagging me off over it.

'But I don’t regret my relationship with Jordan. She’s a nice girl. I hope I can see her soon and put things to rest.'
