The Badger's back

Apprentice winner will star in own show

There's no question that Ruth Badger was the real winner of last year's hit show The Apprentice.

And now the 28-year-old is proving her worth by fronting her own programme, which will offer advice to struggling businesses.

'I'm really chuffed I've got my own show, but what's even better is it's not celeb stuff but a proper business show,' she says.

'On the new show people get to see the real me. I'm down-to-earth, but at times I'm piddling myself. I have a fun side – not the bulldog-chewing-a-wasp image many have.'

Ruth's new programme Badger Or Bust starts on May 8 on Sky One.
