Divorce deal for Britney?

K-Fed set to get nearly £10million

Britney Spears and estranged hubby Kevin Federline might be able to keep their divorce battle out of the courts.

It seems that the singer, who has just left rehab after finishing her treatment, has managed to reach an amicable arrangement with her ex.

And K-Fed could be set to get nearly £10million in the deal which will see them share joint custody of their two children Sean Preston, 18 months, and six-month-old Jayden James.

'Everything changed when Britney went into rehab,' a friend tells The Sun. 'She and Kevin started talking again and he's been a tower of strength for her.

'Her time in rehab has given Britney a lot of time to think, and has shown her Kevin loves his kids and is a good dad.'

Under the proposed agreement Britney, 25, will pay Kevin, 29, a £1million lump sum plus half her earnings for the two years they were married and half the proceeds of the sale of their home. They will share joint custody of the boys.
