Sylvester Stallone has been charged with importing a banned human growth hormone into Australia.
The Rocky star, 60, was stopped at Sydney airport last month by customs chiefs who claim he had 48 vials of the substance in his bags.
A special permit is needed to take the muscle-building hormone into Australia where it is classed as a performance enhancing drug.
And Sylvester had not said he was carrying the product when he filled in his customs declaration form.
The actor was not present at yesterday's hearing. At the time he said the incident was a 'misunderstanding'.
'I didn't understand some of the rules here,' he explained.
