Anti-fur campaigner Heather Mills once wore mink

Former model loved her fur coat in the 1980s

Heather Mills has prided herself on her role as an anti-fur activisit - even condemning Naomi Campbell as 'hypocritical' for wearing fur.

So we suspect she'll be deeply embarassed that video footage has emerged of her wearing a mink coat.

The former model, 39, wore the offending garment, which used to be her mother's, to a wedding in 1989.

'She really loved that coat,' her former sister-in-law Dianna Karmal tells the Daily Mirror. 'When I see her anti-fur campaigns now, I always chuckle.

'It's laughable that she's called so many celebrities hypocrites. She's styled herself as an anti-fur campaigner but was proud to be in her mum's mink.'

Oh dear. Not a great start to the week then, Heather?
