Courtney Love is sued by rehab centre

Rock chick has action filed against her for alleged unpaid bill

Rock star Kurt Cobain’s widow Courtney Love is being sued by a drug rehab centre over an alleged unpaid bill of £93,705.

The Beau Monde centre in California has filed an action at Orange County Superior Court that alleges Courtney, 42, paid £5,177 up front for her 11-week stay in 2005 but failed the settle the remaining fees.

Courtney’s attorney, Howard Weitzman, said the lawsuit ‘will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties shortly.’

The singer lives in Hollywood with her 15-year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain.
