Coleen McLoughlin: Girls come on to Wayne all the time

Footballer's fiancée has to fight off the competition

When Coleen McLoughlin goes for a night out with fiancé Wayne Rooney, she always has to keep an eye out for the competition.

'I’ll go to a club in Liverpool and there’s a couch full of girls just sitting there, waiting to see if there’s anyone worth pulling,' she says.

''It’s not a very nice atmosphere, really. Girls will be coming on to our boyfriends, as if we don’t exist.

'It happened to me and Wayne. Not that long ago, we were in a bar with friends when this woman came up to Wayne and started saying something.

'Next thing, she’s waving this tenner at him and asking him to go and buy her a drink because they’ve called last orders at the bar and they won’t serve her. I just thought: "How cheeky are you?"'
