Singer's dad says he's doing well
Wednesday, 28 February 2007
Depressed Robbie Williams is making good progress in rehab, according to his dad.
The Angels singer checked himself into America's Meadows clinic on his 33rd birthday earlier this month after admitting he was hooked on prescription drugs.
But it seems the star has turned the corner.
His dad Pete Conway told The Sun: 'I am looking forward to flying over to the States to see Rob. We are hoping to have him out of rehab soon.
'Rob has plenty of friends and family around to support him. I speak to him every day and he is in fine fettle. He is doing well.'
Hurrah! We hope Robbie goes from strength to strength.
