Yes, Desperate Housewives star Teri, 42, was snapped giving Mr Bush, 82, a kiss on the cheek and pat on the bottom at lunch last week.
It turns out they've been friends for years and the actress and her daughter Emerson, nine, have even stayed at the Bush home in Maine.
'He's wonderful to my family,' she gushes. 'I hope to be involved in many of his charities.'
