Harrison Ford: Get me a whip or I walk

Actor wants to handle his own weapon in Indiana Jones film

Harrison Ford

Harrison Ford has threatened to leave the new Indiana Jones movie unless he gets to use a real whip.

The 64-year-old actor - who plays the daredevil archaeologist - has been told the weapon will have to be computer generated because of new film safety rules.

But Harrison thinks the regulations are ridiculous and has reportedly said he'll pull out of the film if he can't wield his own whip.

A source on set says: 'The idea was to take away the risk element the whip carries. Safety laws have changed since the last film and movie makers have to be much more careful.

'Now they use computer graphics for any dangerous stuff.'

Give the boy his toy, guys!

The fourth Indiana Jones movie is due for release next year.
