Kelly Jones fined for urinating in street

Stereophonics star ticked off by police for answering call of nature

Stereophonics star Kelly Jones has been told off by police for relieving himself in the street after a boozy night out.

The singer, 32, tried to answer a call of nature after drinking in Camden, North London on Tuesday night.

But he was stopped by police officers who ushered him into their patrol car for a stern talking to.

'The copper said that the people of Camden wouldn't appreciate me urinating on their streets,' Kelly told The Sun. 'I said, "I know that. That's why I live in Fulham".'

Police issued Kelly with a caution and gave him an £80 on the spot fine.
