The 35-year-old Buddhist gets in touch with her spiritual side while she practises Japanese spiritual healing on friends and family.
Reiki fans claim that the treatment can cure people through channelling energy from their palms.
'People always used to tell me I have healing hands so five or six years ago I decided to learn how to channel energy to make myself and others feel better,’ the actress tells the Sunday Star's Take 5 magazine.
‘I do it on my friends and family, and I must be doing something right, because they always come back for more.’
