What on earth is going on with Courtney Love's nose?

Her hooter seems to have a life of its own

Courtney Love, 42, has a face that's definitely changed as she's got older.

At the Gridlock New Year's Eve Party at Paramount Studios in LA (top right), her pretty features looked very swollen.

Her New Year resolution, which she posted on her website was: 'No more surgery for any reason, other than medical, until I really need it in my 60s.'

Photographed at the opening of the Damien Hirst Exhibition at the Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills recently (top left), she still doesn't look quite herself.
