Leo Sayer exits Celebrity Big Brother

Star is third housemate to walk from the show

Celebrity Big Brother was thrown into chaos when Leo Sayer quit the show today - on the day he was up for eviction.

The 70s pop star is the third housemate to walk out of the house, after wannabe bad boy rocker Donny Tourette and film-maker Ken Russell went last week.

In tonight's evictions, Leo was favourite to get booted out after being nominated with tabloid journalist Carole Malone and The A-Team star Dirk Benedict.

The 58-year-old singer is thought to have knocked down the door with a shovel in a row over underpants before quitting.
