Actress admits she turned down Casino Royale part

Sienna Miller has revealed she turned down the opportunity to be a Bond Girl.

The 25-year-old actress was offered the part by of Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale – alongside Layer Cake co-star and rumoured old flame Daniel Craig – but says she refused the role because she didn't feel the time was right.

'It would have been fun but I didn't want to do it,' she says. 'It would have been great to work with Daniel again though, because he is such a brilliant actor.'

A friend adds: 'Sienna knows she is a gorgeous girl and she would be a fabulous Bond Girl, but she doesn't want to be admired for her body - she wants to be admired for her acting ability.'

Well, Dan has proved you can be appreciated for both.
