Footballer snaps up holiday home for Coleen's disabled sister

Wayne Rooney has bought a luxury holiday home in Florida, close to Disney World.

The England star, 21, has paid £300,000 for the apartment which is in the same swanky development where more than 20 other Premiership stars own property.

It's thought Wayne has made the purchase so his fiancée Coleen McLoughlin, 20, can take her nine-year-old sister Rosie - who sufers from a brain condition called Rett Syndrome - to meet Mickey Mouse.

'It's the perfect venue for celebrities, because it's hidden and offers privacy,' a source told The Sun. 'Sports stars can enjoy the climate all year round and mix with people like them.

'But it's close enough to Disney World for Wayne and Coleen to take her sister to the fun park, which makes it ideal.'
