George Michael earns £1.7million in one night
While most of us are feeling the pinch after an expensive party season, it's sickening to hear that mega-rich George Michael has earnt himself a whopping £1.7million in just one night.
The singer, 43, his partner Kenny Goss and 40 crew and band members, were flown out to Russia by multi-billionaire Vladimir Potanin to perform at a lavish New Year party.
And George picked up a staggering £1,786,743 for his set which kicked off at 3.30am on New Year's Day and featured 13 of his biggest hits.
If only we could all hit the sales with such a hefty sum in our pockets...
