Eva Longoria blows £35k in Harrods

The Desperate Houswives star spends a fortune in just 90 minutes

Eva Longoria always looks the picture of perfection - and it's no wonder when she can spend more than the average yearly wage on clothes in an hour and a half.

The 31-year-old star was given her own private tour of Harrods with owner Mohammed Al Fayed, and managed to blow the equivalent of £389 per minute on designer coats, handbags and shoes.

Eva flew over to the UK on 27 December to open the Harrods winter sale the following day.

The teeny 5ft 2in actress wowed the crowds at the opening in a stunning black Dolce and Gabanna dress and cream Jasmine di Milo coat.

She later went for dinner with Arsenal player Thierry Henri and his wife Nicole Merry at posh London eaterie Zume.

Well, she needed to chill out after she'd literally shopped by the truckload - it took two vans to cart all her new gear away.
