Holly Valance: No man wants skin and bones

Ex-Neighbours star resists pressures of Tinseltown

Melbourne-born actress Holly Valance, 23, left Neighbours to become a hit in Hollywood but admits she has felt pressure to stay thin.

Filming DOA: Dead Or Alive in China earlier this year, she reveals trainers would insist she was fat.

I thought to myself,' "God, I'm disgusting",' she tells You magazine. 'But then I got back to LA and saw the footage and thought I looked great – really fit and healthy.

'I could never be part of that whole skinny thing and I don't know how people drop weight so quickly either.

'In any case, boys just don't like it. I've never met one yet who went, "Wow! Skin and bones….Yum!" They all want something to grab hold of.'
