Joss Stone hates showbiz parties

Singer doesn't enjoy glitzy affairs

Soul singer Joss Stone, 19, gets invited to all kinds of celebrity bashes but she insists glitzy parties are not her scene.

'Everybody sees magazines and thinks, "Oh my God, they're having so much fun!"' she says. 'But let's be real.

'These people had to get ready for four f***ing hours, they're in high heels that hurt, talking to people they don't know, having pictures taken every five minutes. That's not a party.

'I'm not much of a party animal. I get tired. It's like I'm an old woman or something.'
