Victoria Beckham reveals her secret to looking bored and miserable

Victoria Beckham creates her signature pout by making herself feel blue.
The ex-Spice Girl, 32, has revealed she asked her former bandmates to tell her she was ugly to make sure her expression looked right in photographs.
'There's not really an explanation behind it,' she says. 'You've just got to look really miserable, feel bored and pout.
'I used to get the girls to abuse me and tell me I was horrible so I could get it right.'
Posh also admits she lied to get out of playing sport at school – so she wouldn't look dishevelled.
'I hated netball and all that kind of thing,' she recalls. 'My mother would write me a note saying I'd sprained my ankle. Half of it was because I didn't want to go in the shower and mess my hair up!'
