Kristin Davis: I dress like a slob

Sex And The City star says she's no fashionista

Actress Kristen Davis says she's nothing like her Sex And The City character, glamorous Charlotte York.

'I often wear baggy, drab clothes during the day,' she says. 'Normally I dress like a slob. I am the antithesis of Charlotte.'

The 41-year-old does have a weakness for one Italian designer brand, though.

'I did got to Prada when I was in New York last week,' she tells You magazine. 'I bought lots of pieces. It's impossible to go to Prada and not spend money.'

She visits the Big Apple every month and often meets up with co-stars Cynthia Nixon and Sarah Jessica Parker.

The friends were once mobbed in the shoe department at Barneys so now like to keep things more low key.

'People think we go shopping together which is insane,' says Kristen. 'We got to each other's houses where we can talk in private.'
