Kylie and Olivier Martinez: 'still together'

Actor's mum denies rumours of a split

The mother of French actor Olivier Martinez has denied rumours that her son has split with girlfriend Kylie Minogue, insisting last night: 'They are both madly in love'.

Rosemarie Martinez spoke after son Olivier spent a three-day break in Paris with Israeli model Sarai Givati, 24.

Rosemarie says her actor son, 40, was not with Kylie only because of work commitments.

She tells The Sun: 'Everything is fine between them. They are working hard in their careers.'

Olivier and Sarai were photographed last week laughing and joking during a stroll along the River Seine.

A spokesman for Kylie also confirms that nothing's amiss, saying: 'They are still together and very happy. Ollie has been in Paris doing post production of a movie.'

Kylie, 38, who is currently in Australia on a worldwide tour, has previously described Olivier as 'her rock', after he helped her to battle breast cancer. She said: 'He is the most honourable man I ever met.'
