Charlotte Church looks after Gavin Henson's lunchbox

Rugby player says he's in good hands

Is Charlotte gazing at another man? Gavin has a face like thunder at the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards in London

Rugby star Gavin Henson has revealed that his girlfriend Charlotte Church takes good care of him - even sending him off to work each day with a packed lunch.

He explains: 'Usually, I'll get a salmon sandwich to take to training but sometimes it's a couple of chicken breasts. It's so cute. She even rolls it in foil and puts it in a little carrier bag for me.'

But Charlotte's devotion doesn't end at lovingly prepared snacks. The 20-year-old singer also cleans their home and scrubs his mud-caked rugby gear.

The Ospreys and Wales player, 24, says: 'I need my kit washed pretty regularly but Charlotte absolutely loves doing that.'

What a lucky boy you are, Gavin.
