Jordan and Peter Andre sign £2m chat show deal

Couple set to be new stars of the on-screen sofa?

Katie Price, aka Jordan, and hubby Peter Andre have signed a £2million deal with ITV1 to host their own chat show.

It's thought their straight-talking style and sizzling chemistry are the perfect ingredients for a prime-time winner.

Telly bosses are hoping the loved-up pair can fill the void that Paul O'Grady and Sharon Osbourne have left after he defected to Channel 4 and Sharon's show bombed.

One source told The People: 'The couple really bounce off each other and bosses are confident they'll be a huge hit.'

Jordan, 28, and Pete, 33, have captivated audiences since love blossomed two years ago on ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.

They married last year and have a one-year-old son, Junior. Jordan is also mum to Harvey, five, by footballer Dwight Yorke.
