Charlotte (who was interviewed before she got pregnant) says: 'I'd love to look like Britney Spears did in her I'm A Slave 4 U video on MTV. I think: "I'm going to look like that," but it never really seems to happen.
'All I care about is that I'm happy with myself and my fella, Gavin, is happy with me.'
I never used to, but Gavin's mum started buying me chocolate and cans of Coke and lemonade. So every time Gavin makes his peppermint or camomile tea, I'll jump into the chocolate!
The thing is, I've been eating much healthier and I haven't been drinking as much as I used to – I used to go out on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, but there's only so much excitement you can get from getting smashed.
Now a lot of my friends have settled down and I'm just happy being at home and I go out once every two weeks. Gavin has had a good influence on me.
I might consider something like microdermabrasian, which takes off the top layer of your skin and leaves you radiant and glowing. It's great for a booster. But I think I'd rather wait until I really need it.
Gavin drinks essential body oils every day. He drinks primrose oil and cod liver oil. He gets me to drink carrot juice. He's definitely trying to make me healthy.

Q & A
Are you careful about what you eat?
I've put on a couple of pounds due to contentment. But I don't know how I put it on as I've been eating so healthily. Gavin cooks loads of vegetables and no carbs. What do you cook?
I really love cooking. I watch all the cookery shows. I cooked a big leg of lamb the other day, coated with rosemary and honey, which was fabulous. I also do Mediterranean veg with four chicken breasts – of which Gavin usually has three and I have one. What's your diet like?
I'm always snacking, especially when I'm travelling to London – I'll grab a Ribena and couple of packets of prawn cocktail crisps. I've got to have a late night chocolate snack, too.I never used to, but Gavin's mum started buying me chocolate and cans of Coke and lemonade. So every time Gavin makes his peppermint or camomile tea, I'll jump into the chocolate!
Are you ever under pressure to lose weight?
I never feel pressurised into losing weight, even before a single release. When I see myself in a video I think: 'I'm going to be good this weekend,' but it never really happens.Have you ever dieted?
My whole family spend their lives on diets and fads. I'm not naturally thin and we're all quite chubby girls. I've got this new one from my mum's friend Cathy, who's a saleswoman and she's always trying to sell us something. She got me on this aloe vera diet. For the first week you can't eat, you just have protein shakes and drink pure aloe vera. It was horrible! It made me want to spew. I lasted half a day.Do you work out?
I went to a gym with Gavin six times in two weeks and I hated it at first, but he knows how to train and encourage people so I started liking it. But he trains every morning anyway so, in the end, by the time I got to the gym he couldn't be bothered. What's a typical workout when you go with Gavin?
I'd do 20 minutes on the bike or the step machine. What he'd make me do was a killer! I'd go normal speed for a minute and then for 30 seconds I'd go as fast as I could on the highest level. It was horrible. I hated him for it! My whole face went bright red – I looked like a tomato. Then we'd do weight machines – lots of repetition, as I didn't want to build muscle, just tone up.Describe your body?
I'm starting to get bingo wings, which is scary. I'm quite soft and womanly. I weigh 9½st, which is fine for me.What do you like and dislike about your body?
I have got a really short body – I'm all arse and legs. I've got disgusting legs, they're like vases – they just go wider and wider. I have a little waist, which I quite like, and I love my boobs and my back. I love wearing backless dresses. Fortunately, Gavin says he likes everything about me.Who would you swap your body with?
Either Jessica Simpson or Halle Berry. But when I look at them, I think it must be like: 'I've achieved my body by working out 15 million times a week. I'm knackered and really don't want to work out any more. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't eat anything I want to eat.' Which is really not the way I want to be.What are your secret food vices?
I love bacon sandwiches, but only with proper butter. My new vice is McDonald's sweet chilli chicken baguette. It's amazing.Do you have bad days?
Absolutely. I'm a piece of walking acne at the moment. I can't get over it. I keep picking the spots too, which is bad.The thing is, I've been eating much healthier and I haven't been drinking as much as I used to – I used to go out on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, but there's only so much excitement you can get from getting smashed.

How do you feel about cosmetic surgery?
If it makes people feel better, then fine. Obviously it's not going to happen for me right now, but when I get older and I start getting wrinkles maybe I'll look at myself and I might do that. But I think you've just got to be careful.I might consider something like microdermabrasian, which takes off the top layer of your skin and leaves you radiant and glowing. It's great for a booster. But I think I'd rather wait until I really need it.
What are your tips for staying healthy?
I have so many lotions and potions to make my wrinkles go away, but it's what you put in your body that makes you look good.Gavin drinks essential body oils every day. He drinks primrose oil and cod liver oil. He gets me to drink carrot juice. He's definitely trying to make me healthy.
