Mrs Beckham reveals how she gets that buff bod...

In her book That Extra Half An Inch, Victoria shares her beauty secrets as well as fashion tips.

She says: 'The Body Shop is one of my favourite places for skin and body products. Its exfoliating gloves are the best I've ever found and their wood-handled body brushes are great, too.

'It's a good idea to brush your skin in an upward motion towards your heart before a shower to get your circulation going and help minimise cellulite.

'As for body scrubs, Origins Paradise Found Body Glow, £20 for 200ml, is great and Bliss, Laura Mercier and Marc Jacobs do some gorgeous ones.

'I prefer baths to showers as it's a great place to relax. There are some lovely bath products out there. Laura Mercier and Kiehls do really special treats such as Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Honey Bath, £22.

'To moisturise my body I usually go for my beloved Body Shop Body Butter, £12, which smells delicious.'
