Simon Cowell: I'm not the marrying kind

X Factor's Mr Nasty says he won't tie the knot with girlfriend Terri

Simon Cowell says there's no way he'll get married - especially after the drama surrounding Paul McCartney's divorce.

The X Factor judge says that at 47 he's too old to have children so sees no point in indulging in the 'out of date' institution.

His dramatic declaration must come as bad news to his girlfriend Terri Seymour who's been dating him for four years.

'Ask Paul McCartney what he thinks about marriage right now,' Simon says in an interview with The Sunday Mirror. 'I must stress that Terri is not Heather Mills - thank God!

'But if Paul hadn't married Heather he wouldn't be in the mess he's in now. He'd just be dating her and thinking it's time to call it a day. Simple as that.'
