Madonna's adoption became the butt of jokes at the MTV Europe Awards last night.
Bo' Selecta! star Avid Merrion caused a sensation when he burst out of a giant glitterball to perform his own personal take on the singer's hit Hung Up.
He broke wind throughout the performance and writhed on the floor surrounded by dwarfs.
Avid told the audience at the show in Copenhagen: 'I'm Madonna. I've been getting a lot of hooshi from the Press because I bought a baby. If I want to buy a baby I'll buy a baby.'
Pointing to his dwarf dancers he added: 'I bought these guys from ebay. They are my ebabies.'
Earlier in the show Kazakhstani journalist Borat, played by Sacha Baron Cohen, had a dig at 48-year-old Madge.
He held up a baby and said: 'Last year I went with the ugly one from Pussycat Dolls and made this. Is Madonna there because she might like to buy it?'
