Russell Brand in cancelled gig fury
Angry fans blasted Russell Brand yesterday as he pulled out of a gig 20 minutes before he was due to go on stage.
An audience of over 2,000 strong was told that 31-year-old comic Russell's car had broken down on the way from London to St David's Hall in Cardiff.
'I'd like to be refunded for the baby-sitter, the car parking and the drinks we bought. It was such late notice,' a fan tells the Daily Mirror.
Russell blamed his no-show on awful weather, terrible traffic and his car overheating. He apologised to fans, and said the live show would now take place in the summer.
