Jordan's son scalded himself in the bath

Harvey's burns came from turning on the hot tap

Jordan's son Harvey burnt himself by jumping into a bath and turning on the hot tap.

The four-year-old is still recovering in hospital after the accident which happened on New Year's Eve.

Yesterday Jordan, 28 - whose real name is Katie Price - and her husband Peter Andre, 33, revealed how the youngster, who is blind and has a growth disorder, injured himself.

'It happened at the family home on Sunday afternoon when Harvey got in an empty bath with his clothes on and turned the hot tap, which scalded his right leg only,' a statement from their management said.

'Harvey has been in hospital, with Peter and Katie by his bedside since the accident and, because of Harvey's medical condition, he needs to be monitored very closely.'

Harvey - who is footballer Dwight Yorke's son - is said to be getting better but it's thought he will stay in hospital for another couple of days.
