Ant and Dec tone up for TV show

Comedy duo hit the gym in time for I'm A Celebrity

Ant and Dec have embraced a tough new gym regime with Kate Moss's trainer.

For the past six weeks the pair have stopped putting away the pints and have begun working out at Primrose Hill gym with David Marshall - the man credited with helping to get the supermodel back in shape after the birth of her daughter Lila Grace.

Their aim is to tone up in time for the next series of I'm A Celebrity which begins in November.

According to Ant, 30, they've both been very determined. 'I was squidgy and a bit soft,' he told The Sun. 'I wanted toned muscles. I don't drink as much beer and I kind of stay off bread.'

Dec, 31, joked: 'Our new look drives the ladies absolutely crazy. We're fitter, stronger, our football game has improved and we're both now animals in bed.'

And the pair have already seen the results with Ant losing 4in from his waist and Dec dropping 3in.

Perhaps seeing themselves dressed up in sumo wrestling outfits on their show Saturday Night Takeaway four weeks ago helped spur them on.
