Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes keep it chic in Paris

New best friends alternate the latest monochrome looks

Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes kept packing to a minimum by only taking black and white outfits to Paris.

The pair, who visited the French capital for fashion week, were snapped around town sporting a series of monochrome looks.

Katie, who's engaged to actor Tom Cruise, began the visit kitted out in a white trouser suit, but the 27-year-old swapped it for black trousers and a blouse for Friday's Chanel show. Meanwhile Posh, 32, traded in her black trouser suit for an all-white flared dress.

But the new best friends, who met through their partners, both made sure they topped off their outfits with a fashion staple - big black sunglasses.
