Show bosses tell star to find safer place now that she’s famous

Ugly Betty star America Ferrera is to move home – because show bosses fear her new found fame could make her a target for stalkers.

The actress, 23, has been told she needs a pad with a gated entry.

Her LA apartment is too easily accessible by fans.

‘The windows faced the street,’ America tells the Sun. ‘I always left them open and was told that was not such a good idea.

‘Anyone could look straight in. But luckily it takes a lot to shake me up.’
