Michael Jackson will appear on stage at the World Music Awards - marking his first public outing in Britain in nine years.
The 48-year-old star, who's recently been living in the Republic of Ireland, will be honoured next month at the awards at Earl's Court in London.
He's set to receive the Diamond Award - given to artists who have sold more than 100million albums during their career.
World Music Awards founder Melissa Corken said yesterday: 'We are thrilled to be bringing the ceremony to London, the music capital of the world. The presence of Michael Jackson is very exciting for us.'
The singer, who was cleared of child abuse charges in the States last year, is reportedly planning a comeback album.
