Jordan's trim tum diet

After having second son, Jordan lost 2st in just three months

Jordan's weight went from 8st 2lb to 10st 7lb while she was expecting second son Junior, but she snapped back to her pre-pregnancy shape in next to no time.

No doubt Jordan, 28, who also has a four-year-old son Harvey, was motivated to get fit by the prospect of her glittering wedding to singer Peter Andre just three months after the birth. Now her healthy eating guru Jason Vale, otherwise known as the juice master, has revealed to us the secret of her rediscovered flat tummy – his 14-day Turbo-Change programme.

'Jordan lived on nothing but fast food when I met her,' says Jason. 'So changing to a programme that involved having vegetable juice for breakfast – and during the kick-start phase even for lunch – was always going to be a challenge. Or at least, so I thought. But I'd underestimated her drive, focus and mind-set.

'When Jordan wants something, she tends to get it. And it seems that if it means work for her, all the better.'

The main part of the programme Jason devised for Jordan involved a similar kick-start plan to the one he explains in his book The Juice Master: Turbo-Charge Your Life In 14 Days (£9.99, www.thorsons.com)

'It's designed to put her in the right frame of mind in order to get into the right shape of body,' says Jason. 'Jordan's favourite juice is the Turbo-Charge Smoothie, packed with all six essential dietary elements – fibre, good fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals and antioxidants.

'Although at first she was a little fearful of drinking green juice, she soon found that the combination of sweet pineapple and lime and the thick, creamy texture of the blended avocado meant not only could she handle the drink, she actually loved it. She even takes her juicer with her when she's travelling. The programmes really worked for her – since having Junior she's lost 28lb and looks incredible.

'I'd advise people to get the book and read it, as the results for the 14 day programme alone are remarkable. One women even lost 18lb in the first 14 days!'

Jason's diet bans food made with white flour, wheat and yeast but allows you to eat as much as you want of the good stuff.

Fish kebabs with pineapple and steamed veg
275g/10oz swordfish steak
Cold-pressed olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
½ small pineapple, peeled and cubed
2 cups broccoli spears
4 asparagus spears
Knob of butter
Freshly ground black pepper

• Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
• Brush the fish lightly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and place on a tray in the middle of the grill. Cook for 3 mins on each side, then lower the heat to medium.

• Lay the skewers over the veg and serve.
