Gemma Atkinson has laid into stick-thin celebrities, saying what we all want to hear: ‘Bollocks to the diet.’
The ex-Hollyoaks star is currently dating footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, but she doesn’t have a kind word to say about footballers’ wives and girlfriends who are obsessed with their weight.
Gemma, 22, tells Now: ‘I don’t think women should diet at my age, it’s not natural. My best diet tip? Don’t! Bollocks to the diet. If you’ve got the curves, flaunt them.
‘Being a Northern girl, I’m used to my Sunday dinners – how could I give up my Saturday night chippies?'
Gemma, who’s a voluptuous size 12, has never been on a diet in her life.
‘To stay in trim, I train proper hardcore and don’t cut any corners,' she reveals. 'I kickbox, swim and run. I don’t mess around. But not eating is silly.’
