Simon Cowell’s Wikipedia page sabotaged

X Factor judge was branded infertile

Simon Cowell was left fuming after someone decided to mess with his Wikipedia page and brand him 'incontinent and infertile'.

The 'free encyclopedia that anyone can edit' has to be vigilant about people with grudges because malicious alterations can temporarily appear online.

The opening passage of Simon's entry was tampered with to say: ‘Simon Cowell is a mean man who thinks he knows it all and smells really badly of wee as he has a Incontonance [sic] and is infertile.’

But the change was quickly spotted by Wikipedia staff who immediately removed it before any more users checked it out.

Simon, 48, has built up a reputation for upsetting X Factor and American Idol hopefuls with his blunt and sarcastic comments – one member of the public obviously tried to hit back.
