Kelly Osbourne has a startling new 'do
She may be a panellist on Joan Rivers' E! show Fashion Police, but it seems Kelly Osbourne's been ignoring her own advice.
The rock chick risked being arrested for crimes against hot hairstyles when she stepped out at the Chris Benz spring/summer show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York on 9 September.
There was nothing wrong with her outfit, but her truly bizarre futuristic 'do was last seen on Teletubbies character Laa-Laa.
Of course, big buns are definitely in, so children's TV characters might be the new autumn fashion icons.
We just hope it's a very short-lived trend.
